Nobody writes a happy song about Monday, do they? haha!
Today my plans are to go for a long bike ride again and then tonight I am debating whether or not I should go to Zumba again. I have taken a couple of weeks off since my knee was hurting for awhile. If I do not do Zumba, then for sure I will do elliptical for about 20-30 minutes, about 5 minutes of rowing and arm strength training. I am lagging behind on my weight loss goals and unless I increase my activity, I will not lose 40 pounds by Christmas. (Shhhh, between you and me, if I lose 30 I will be very happy, and then I can continue to lose more after Christmas! Shh. You didn't hear that! What?) (Of course, I will have to rename this blog. haha!)
